My RIR Is Going Downhill, Help!

I have this hen that was perfectly normal about three days ago but I noticed she was going slightly slower for two days. She's one of our slightly older hens and I thought it was just "granny walking". But I saw her in the driveway just standing there. I knew it must have been trouble (some hens of ours that have been hit with a car stand in the driveway like that). I picked her up to feel for any wounds and she pukes up slightly green tinted puke! It was nearly all water except for some food (grains). Later, when I goto lock them up, she's standing a little bit away from nestboxes so I lightly picked her up to set her in one for a good night sleep and she hurls again. That time it was just water and I didn't see any green tint. All of this is happening in just a couple days and I don't know what to do! When I checked her, I didn't feel any injuries; nothing out of the ordinary. (except her crop felt like it had a good bit of liquid in it) Any suggestions/help?

UPDATE

She's staying in the coop now and not moving anywhere. She's standing but her tail has been going down all day. I think she may have eaten some egg yolk I gave her but I can't see a difference. Anyone?

This is nothing I am familiar with but maybe between us we can figure something out.

Is it possible she may have eaten something she shouldn't have? Is there any time of odor near her head?

is there a chance she ate any moldy grain or bad plant? was their a smell to her vomit or face? besides lethargy are their ANY other noticeable symptoms? facial swelling ? fever? how is her feces? did you get a chance to look at it? is her crop empty or full is it squishey? is it emptying properly.is her abdomen distended? any vent discharge? how is her breathing? is there any sound when she breathes? you can try a flush if you think she ate something bad. to flush you can give 1 pint of molasses to 5 gallons of water for no more than 8 hours and this will "flush" her system do this ONLY if she has eaten something bad. otherwise if you suspect illness I'd place her on a mild anti infective like gallimycine. use water soul able in drinking water and see if she improves.I'd start her on the gallamycine soon so she doesn't take a turn for the worse. the green vomit sounds like something bacterial is going on. things can go down hill fast with that. so a mild anti infective like gallamycine which is eyrthromycine might help her out. I sure hope she gets better soon. good luck. I wish you the best
if she were mine I'd probably start the antibiotic and see if it perks her up. or like above post said could be impacted crop.

Eyrthromycin should never be used in a laying hen or meat bird. The drug doesn't leave the body well and will show traces of itself for years.

Erythromycin)
Bimeda

Concentrated anti-infective aids in the control of chronic respiratory disease due to M. gallisepticum in broilers & replacement chickens, infectious coryza due to H. gallinarum in replacement chickens & chicken breeders and bluecomb in growing turkeys.
Add 1 pkg per 130 gallons of drinking water. Each 250 gm pkg contains 65 gm erythromycin phosphate.
Do not use in poultry producing eggs for human consumption or replacement pullets over 16 weeks old.

Well I just put everyone up. She actually went up the coop but I had to put her back in. At least she's moving some! She ate some egg yolk but not all of it and I got a look at her poop. It was watery and had white stuff in it along with a little bit of green poop.

For other symptoms... There wasn't any smell around her head. Her crop felt like it was a little squishy like maybe she was low on rocks or something. No swelling. She's breathing quietly but yesterday when she was vomitting she gasped a little but I think it was just from the lack of air when the stuff was coming out. No discharge. Her feathers aren't fluffed up. The things out of the normal is her tail is down, the vomit and the poop. However, when I just put them up she could hold it down better; she only spilled a bit on my skirt.

Where do I get Gallimycin if the crop is the problem? TSC? What can I add to the egg yolk but still keep it appetizing but nutrionally better? (she's not eating or drinking hardly at all except egg yolk)
Do you think she should have other stuff besides egg yolk since she may not have a good rock supply in her crop? I thought that the Gallimycin was for respiratory stuff, not crop issues?

Thank you everyone for the help!

Did you check the link posted in #4? Please do before giving any antibiotic.
