Hen has infectious coryza and gurgling noises..???

Can you get an antibiotic in the PI without a prescription? Have you started one already? If coryza is possible, then I would use a sulfa antibiotic.
Yes, unfortunately I think it's just self prescription here....tomorrow will be the fifth day and according to the instructions it'll be 5-7 days. After it ends should I continue it with the sulfa?

If the symptoms are still not improved I would use sulfa antibiotic, or go ahead and start it now. Let us know what you can get. Pictures of the antibiotic you get, the chicken, and swelling would be good.
I will! Thanks for the suggestion guys! She still sneeze occasionally but she eats and is active now. I'll still continue to monitor her until then!

Umm help? I dunno what's going on....

She finished the respirax med for 7 days around Aug 4 and she still is active and eating well but still sneeze occasionally since I see a dirt on the side of her nose where she always sneeze at.

Aug 5, I switched to a normal water and she's still the same but around afternoon she's a little bit lethargic, little bit swollen and would stretch out her beak so I immediately gave her “Sulpar QR” since that's the only one I have available at that time. She still eats a lot tho...

Aug 6, yesterday I changed their water to “Premoxil” in the afternoon with a treatment dosage. She's still the same...

Today she's lethargic and didn't eat anything since her crop is empty and when she tries to picks up a malunggay leaf on the ground I noticed her stretching her beak again and when I picked her up she has a yellow discharge on the other side of her nose and not on the usual one!? and she keeps tucking her head and sleeps while standing...

I just checked again and it's swollen on the other side of her face now!?? The swelling and the discharge switched from left to the right side of her face!!??

Many times a respiratory disease will affect one side of the face and then spread to the other side, since it is a sinus infection as well as conjunctivitis. Then if the infection is still spreading, it can go on to the air sacs. I haven’t seen any pictures of your chicken yet, do you have any of the eyes or face? It does sound like she has coryza, but she also could have mycoplasma (MG) or infectious bronchitis virus as well. The antibiotics I earlier mention to give for MG (Tylosin, Tiamulin, Oxytetracycline) can be combined with sulfa antibiotics (sulfadimethoxine, trimeth sulfa, etc) and given at the same time. Amoxicillin does not treat either disease. Viruses do not respond to antibiotics. If there is swelling of the eyelids or face, pus may need to be squeezed out of the sinus. Here is a graphic video of pus removal from the eye and sinus:
