My RIR Is sick, HELP

My 3 yr old RIR has been sick for a week. Not walking around much, pecking much. Just sits around with feathers puffed up. Brought her inside on Tuesday, fed h20 w/b12 w/syringe, and was able to get her to eat. sitz bath just in case she was egg bound, nothing has helped. her left foot seems like she can't use it. topples over a lot while sitting on the ground....thoughts?

Have you looked closely at her legs/feet? Any sign of scaley leg mites or bumblefoot? Any sign of an injury?

No sign of any injury, or mites. Not really sure about bumble foot, I thought only chicks got that. Thanks for responding.
