My RIR roo?

I originally posted my sebright and my RIR to see if they are roos. My sebright now crows twice a day, so he is for sure a roo. But i have yet to hear any crow on this one and it is almost 4 months. No showy feathers, and still small spur development. But the legs are thick, and the wattle and comb are getting big. Any thoughts? Do RIR crow late?
