Probably not bumblefoot, unless there are infected wounds on the bottom of the feet.

Look more like gout or that other disease that @Eggcessive can tell you about.

Yes, I would say that looks like gout. What is the blue color from? BluKote or gentian violet? Here is some reading about articular gout:

She has no black spots on any of her swollen areas on her feet not even on the bottom of her feet, she will lay more then the other chickens and she is the littlest, I did cut into her feet one day and a fluid Squirted out, Had some white stuff in around her Skin thinking it was infection so I took out when I could see !

White stuff...thick, thin, a lump, or on surface?
Is the cut visible in the pics?
Did it help any or not?
