I would take the suggestions of taking care of it now and try holding him close to you and walking around a bit. Ours was great until he hit 5-6 months and he started by chasing the young kids and scaring them half to death, then I tried to stand my ground with him one afternoon and he just kept coming back at me. He has since gone after my DH a few times and we have decided at his young age of 10 months he needs a new home. They free range and I dont need him chasing someone walking in the yard, or joggers running up the street....now that would be funny! He's a big guy and has this devil look in his eyes. ps...he was one of our favorites in his younger days also...held him, hand feed, ect. Good luck.
