My roommate found a peacock. Need some serious advice

Yesterday my roommate brought home a peacock, well a peahen. It apparently showed up at his brothers house about a week ago. Right now we have her in a cage in the kitchen and she's eaten a lot. She acts like she's starved. I've given her two pieces of multi grain bread, some bird seed and water. She'll stay in the kitchen for the night. She has some injuries, looks like she may have been grabbed by some animal. They are not serious, but I have put neosporin on them. Should I give her some baytril or duramycin? Can I put her in the hen house and turn her loose with the chickens? Does her run need a top on it? My chickens free range, I don't have a pen with a top on it. Should I clip one of her wings to keep her from flying away?
Does she need special food? I give my chickens laying crumbles and scratch, with lots of treats.

Well I would check to see if anyone is missing a peahen. I would be upset if one of mine got out and would be looking for her... after that, I would not place any strange bird in with your chickens, you don't know what the peafowl could be carrying. Also some chickens carry Blackhead that is dangerous the peafowl. Yes peafowl need a top on there pen as they can jump very high and also fly very well. I would perhaps give some Duramycian in her water if it was an animal bite. I would hold off clipping a wing until you establish if there is an owner, if you can't find one, then that is your choice, but a clipped wing will only slow a peafowl down, not stop it, and it leaves them at risk to predators if not cooped up.

My roommate's brother did check around and couldn't find the owner, but I will call his local animal shelter. I'm not familiar with that disease. What is it?
