2days ago when the chickens went to roost I snuck in and rounded up all 5 of my roos. I seperated them in another part of my coop and havent let them out. They have been beating the snot out of my 14 EE hens. Even the little bantam roos. I have one spec sussex and he went for the wife last weekend. My girls seem so happy running the farm now without the bullies yankin feathers out. Tommorro they go to my friend down the road. I did keep one orange cochin roo he he. He hasnt been botherin the girls but does crow. Hopefully now with a little peace and quiet in the coop they will start layin for me. I really hate to give them up but I got a bunch of bullies here lol.
