My Roos crop

My Roo, Charlie had sour crop which I gave antifungal cream for 7 days and I tjought it was cured but now it's Pendulous crop due to sour crop I think. He's Lost weight but he eats good and is pooping normal. All the threads I've read are for hens not roos. He's a 5 month old Australorp. He's crop doesn't empty at all. No worms that I've seen. Help please. I love my Charlie and need him to be Charlie again. Thank you
