My Rooser has frostbite?????

The top of my Buff Orpington Rooster's comb is all gray....not the whole comb just the top of it. I think he has frostbite so I've been putting petroleum jelly aka vaseline on it everyday. Is there anything else I can do??? Should I keep putting the vaseline on it.....is once a day enough or should I put it on him more???

Its nothing you can do about it. I've tried Vaseline on the cock's comb and it still does it. Poor guy!
