I have this roo ( quetro, sort of Ameraucano with earings),who is 10 months old ,and he treats some of the hens, very badly. ( there are 8 in the flock). He is with them since he was little, when suffer the "bulling" of the pullets,a little older than he. I don't think the chickens have revenge feelings, but he is very mean with 2 or 3 of them . The curious thing is that 2 of this abused ladies, are rumpless (colloncas). Ideas? What should I do with this boy? I don't want to eliminate him....
P.S. sorry for my english...

Some roosters just are not very nice to hens. Some roosters are nice only to hens who are breeding, and are very mean to hens/pullets that are not breeding. But, once these pullets/hens are breeding, sometimes the rooster will become nice to them..

Could be he's just still very young.. maybe he will learn and his attitude with the hens might improve but you will just have to wait and see his full "personality".
