My rooster can't stand or walk

Good morning group. One of my teenage roosters was attacked by his rooster dad on Thursday evening. He was injured pretty badly on his head and neck. He will not turn his head to his right side. He can't stand nor walk. At first I blamed it on his neck issue but after looking more closely into it I noticed that he isn't able to use his left leg which is why he falls over when I pick him up to walk. Visually I can't see his leg broken but I can't explain why he hasn't been able to put weight on his left leg. He also lost a lot of feathers on his left wing, so it's significantly smaller than his right wing. He will walk a bit or lay up from time to time but eventually he falls over to the left. I'm currently giving him selenium & vitamin E for the neck problem and aspirin for pain and swelling. What advice can I get to help him walk or to check whether his imbalance is due to his neck or leg?

How old is he?
I would add a b complex or super b complex tablet or capsule once a day. You can use a chicken sling to help him stay upright and eat, drink and poop more comfortably. You will need to supervise so that he doesn't injure himself trying to get out of it, I'll put some examples below. If he has trouble eating and drinking on his own, you may need to help or hand feed. The neck could be injury or head trauma. Do his eyes look ok, any injuries there? Sometimes time and support is all they need, it's very hard to say. Make sure there are no injuries hiding in feathers that you have missed. Whatever injuries he has, he's likely very sore and stiff. You may need to consider keeping him in a separate pen, or rehoming one of them, if keeping them separate is not doable for you. Since the older bird went after him, it will probably happen again. Some males will tolerate other males in the flock, some never will. Injuries in those cases are sometimes very serious, and even fatal.

He is 5 months old. He can eat on his own I just help him by holding him up to the food/water. His eyes look fine, he is alert and energetic he just doesn't turn his head to the right, he can but prefers not to. We're keeping him inside but we'll bring him outside with the rest of the chickens to see if it helps him. He does get motivated and gets sudden urges where he will actually try running towards them but he eventually falls to his left side. Will definitely try the vitamin b complex. Thank you for the reply.
