It was so cute!! Do most of them do dances? My other rooster doesn’t do any dancing for his hens.

He also cuddles up to his hens whenever they’re laying eggs or are broody but he looks super confused about why they’re sitting there. Lol.

I really want to catch the dance on film. He was already my favorite…well, more like the other one is a brat...but now he’s definitely my favorite.

I’ve noticed that sometimes , when our Roos dance, the hen will run away, but found out she wasn’t in his harem. It’s a cute courting ritual.
We’ve had a few Roosters shuffle dance for other Roos. Weird, but whatever plucks your chicken.

I love rooster dances. A few years ago, my parents had an accidental rooster named Fred that wanted *me* to be his hen. He would escape, peer in windows, see me through a window and crow until I came outside to put him back in the run. He would then dance and offer me various things, small rocks, pine needles, bugs. He was a very good dancer. My husband would buy Fred off by giving him treats.

I'd love to see it if you can get a video of your rooster's dance.
