Thank you for your considerationVery sorry for your loss. There will be some rearranging of the pecking order since he is gone. They will miss him, especially the ones close to him. If you have his body and keep it cold, but not frozen, you could take it or send it to your state vet lab for a necropsy to find a cause of death. They might be closed for holiday on Monday.
