My rooster, Gilman, makes the grossest poos. Is this normal? (don't worry, it's picture-less)

So my rooster, Gilman, is around a year old and has, since I've gotten him, made the grossest poops ever. Like, I'll let him out of his cage and he'll stop and go "PLURK!" (that's the noise it makes) and this liquid diarrhea shoots out of him. Other than that, he has seemed perfectly fine. Could it be the fruit I sometimes feed him? Is his crumble not right? Is it possible he's allergic to things?

Is it hot where you're at? They expel water to cool down I know- when it's hot here they expel water- is it watery or is there a funky color or anything else odd about it
I live in Virginia and it's been a particularly cool summer. The color seems normal but I will say that when it dries, it's very grainy/dusty, almost like he pooed a pile of sand and when the liquid evaporated, that was all that was left. I caught my father feeding him cheese the other day and had him stop because I don't think dairy is good for their digestive tracks. Gilman seems very happy, I just am not sure if something is wrong. (Sorry for any misspellings, I am currently riding on no sleep)
