My Rooster has a cracked sickle tail feather

It hangs cockeyed from his body and I wonder if there is a way I can sort of glue it back or should I cut it off where the crack is? I don’t know how it happened. He is a house pet and is very pampered. Is this how it molts or what? When he lays down it makes a loop over his head. He seems kind of amused but I worry. I this a sort of molting? Tje area outside has a big crow that he has gotten into a fight with before and though I didn’t actually see the fight I found feathers in the street but they weren’t his.. looked like it was a pretty good fight but that was months ago. The crow was mocking his rooster crow but I am
jist asking what I should do about his cracked sickle feather! He has two prominent sickles one in each side. A black Australorpe.

Feathers are like hair. Just cut it if it's bothering you but he probably doesn't even notice it

Feathers break, it happens. It doesn't hurt him. I'd cut it off if it bothers you.
