My rooster has a swollen hock joint.

I really need help with my roosters swollen hock. It’s red and he can barely walk with it. I think it could be due to his injury. He’s been fighting with other rooster and his leg was bleeding. 2 weeks later his leg got swollen and red. Does anyone know how to treat this kind of injury? Can he get out of it by himself?
