My Rooster has been on TV for the last few weeks!!!

He is the black cochin bantam and his name is Guy. Ain't he purty?

Just click on the black cochin face to get the story. Unfortunately they voted no, but I no longer live in town so I can keep my chickens. When the video was taken, Guy was doing some stud service at a friend's house, so it really surprised me to see his MUG on the news.

He is back home now.

This subject will be coming up again in Eau Claire. They have not heard the end of it. A lot of people do have chickens in Eau Claire, they just arent "legal"

I think PFP had some orders for chicks. I heard someone has 10 silkie hens right in town and the neighbors don't say a thing.

I believe I know that person. I am getting a few chicks from PFP and Meyer Hatchery on wed or thurs. Everytime I saw the chickens on the news it made me smile.
