Today when I was outside I noticed one of my chickens had some pimple looking things on his face? It might be from him picking a fight with my other rooster but he hasn’t really been near my other rooster. I might just be crazy and he might be perfectly normal but I keep thinking... what if he IS sick? Also I kept just put him separately from everyone else just in case

Welcome to BYC. It looks like fowl pox to me. Have you had any others with thise scabs over the past months, or mosquitoes out? Fowl pox is a virus spread by mosquites, and lasts about 3 weeks. The scabs should not be disturbed since they can spread the disease. Make sure he is eating and drinking enough since some can more rarely get wet pox inside the throat making it hard to eat. Those may be seen as yellow plaques or patches. Here is a good link for you to read about pox:

Good observations on the beak and blocked nostril. You can put a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide onto his nostril with a QTip and let it soften for a few minutes. Then take the quill of a feather or tooth pick and try to pry out the nostril which looks to have dried feed and mucus in the anres. A pair of dog nail clippers can be used to slightly trim the overgrown beak. A large stone in the coop area can be used by the chickens to wipe their beaks on to keep them worn down.

I picked off some of it that softened but the rest seems really hard. Also it smells pretty bad
