My rooster is being angsty

Hey y’all my rooster has been so violent and not just towards me to siblings, parents, and people who pull in the driveway. It’s mostly when I get close to him or his lady. I think maybe it’s a territorial thing or a protective thing with his hen idk is there anything I can do to get him to be the love bug he once was. (I used to be able to pick him up and and he would sit on my lap when he was younger)

I can’t do that cus my hands are to busy holding and umbrella that I’m using so he doesn’t attack me.

Gets some jeans on and some coveralls over that. The clothing will protect you from harm. Then walk slowly past him and stop, but do not change position as he attacks. When he stops flogging, then move a little taking care not to appear combative. You want him to think attacking you makes no difference. This not impact how he reacts to others, but your interactions with him must be corrected first. You may not even be able to correct for others, but will make so you can do a better job with replacement.
