My rooster is having serious walking troubles

My rooster really needs help, But I have no idea what is wrong so I can not help him. He is putting hardly any weight on his foot. He is acting very strange, like he is staying in the house when the door is open and constantly lying down. A first I thought he had hurt himself, but he never healed it has been three weeks. I feel like it gets worse every day. I picked him up and looked at his foot, it looks normal. What should I do?

Is it the foot that seems to bug him or the whole leg?
Is he laying on his side or has his legs stretched awkwardly?
Any other symptoms? Do his eyes and mouth look ok?
What do you feed him?

We had a chicken like that and it died I’m not sure what to do

Turns out his foot is swollen, when he sits down it is like he is just taking a dust bath except just sitting not rolling. I feed him chicken scratch he eats well but stays around the house the whole day. When usually he romps five acres with his hens. His eyes look fine same with his mouth.

I feed my rooster all flock feed or 22 percent protein feed. It's well balanced and keeps my rooster very healthy. I just took this picture a second ago. He's a 1 1/2 years old.
