My rooster is not able to stand up.

My rooster is not eating properly and is feeling sleepy all the time.she can barely stand up What might be her problem please help me. its 3 years old

Maybe see id you can give him water. Put some on a small tablespoon up to his beak and it will draw in. See if he swallows. Dont try to pour it down his throat. Check for injuries or blood.
