My Rooster is Roosting on my dresser

My little guy is 3/4 months old. His mom started to peck him a lot about a month ago. So I put him in an enclosure near my back door. At 6:15 every night I prop my back/bedroom open. He waltzes in, hops on my dresser, and snuggles up and peeps sweetly to my ostrich feather duster that is laying on its side up there. It is so cute!I just put a litter tray under him and let him stay with me quietly on the dresser curled up in his “mommy”through the night. At dawn I put him outside in his little area (my cottage garden in the back yard). Is there anything wrong with this

wow that is adorable i suppose people do have chickens as house pets I only have my brooder boxes in the house really but its your choice xx

If you don't mind it then there's nothing wrong with it. My chickens stay outside, period.

Thank you for your input. He lives outside and only has bedtime inside. He can run free in the whole yard in the daytime but he just stays right outside the door in the flowers and bushes.
