my rooster legs just gave out help

i have a few light brahmas and one of my roosters legs gave out any advise on what to do with this rooster

more information would be helpful. Are you a cull as you go kind of keeper or a pet lets fix it kind of keeper? Also, what age is the rooster, are there any other symptoms, does it look like an injury? Do you have any photos? those are always helpful in this segment.
