will all the eggs they lay be fertile. i have a broody gl wyandotte pullet she wants to sit on eggs but iv been taking them from her everyday. i have some eggs that are still small so i should collect 8 or so bigger eggs and let her hatch those.

Short answer... They should mostly be fertile.

The standard suggestion is to have eight-ish to fifteen-ish hens per rooster. If you have fewer, then they tend to get too much attention. If you have more, he might not be able to attend to all of them. Even if you have the perfect ratio, he will tend to have a couple which are his favorites.

And then, there's genetics. Occasionally, a rooster and a hen won't match genetically, and they won't be able to produce viable embryos.

If you're thinking about setting some eggs, but aren't sure if he is able to catch everybody, just do a fertility check on a good selection of your eggs. If the bulls eye is showing up consistantly you should be good to go.

iv seen bulleyes in some of my eggs recently when i scrammmble for breakfast. so im hoping the 6 eggs i have under my broody golden laced wyandotte will hatch shes been broody for a week so today i decided to let her hatch six shes all secured in a large dog kennel.
