my rooster stopped walking, falls all over

my rooster is falling. can't stand up. Brought him inside to warm, he eats and drinks but can't stand. he falls backwards, sideways.. is it new feed DELTA LAYER MIX which might have oyster shells? or does he need medicine of some kind.

Roosters really shouldn't have layer feeds but that's not the problem. He could be vitamin deficient or could have had a stroke or something.

I got a year old silkie that out of the nowhere just stop walking, he just falls down.
