Is he dying? He has sat on his perch all day and is still there and even let me pet him! I am so new to this I am not sure. Maybe I am overreacting! I will take all adivce! Thank you

It would be pretty weird for a rooster to become 'tame' all at once if he wasn't already. I don't want to scare you or anything but something may be wrong. Is he sneezing or coughing, any runny nose or fluffed-up feathers?

Nope his head is down like he is sleeping! He is breathing normal but that's all he is doing!

Check him for mites and lice. Also check his poop. Has he ever been wormed???

Nope but he made it through the night! Still the same...he is in the house so nice and warm!
