My Sagitta seems to have poor vision

I feed my older chicks (3 weeks old) mealworms. My Sagitta always seems to miss when she goes to grab a worm. She doesn't seem to be able to see them and subsequently loses her worms to the other chicks because of this. It takes multiple tries for her to actually grab the worm in her mouth. Is it possible that she cannot see them or is she just submissive to the others?

Thoughts?

Many thanks!!!

I have an EE who is 11 wks who is having the same problem with raisins... but she seems to be the top of the pecking order. She started out quiet and popped out as a front runner around 7wks of age. Our Barred Rock is ferocious and awesome at getting the raisins, but that means that Qisma doesn't get any.

Since having started this thread, the Sagitta has become less timid and it seems as though our Orpington is now the timid one. Funny how this changes often. LOL Raisins... can 4 week old chickens eat those?
