My Seb goslings keep dying. Hatching problems. Advice Needed... :(

You've received some great advice here... I also wanted to say, I think you might be turning them too often and "scrambling" the chick.
I do not recommend turning the eggs more than six times per day.

I turned my Sebastopol eggs four times per day and got a 50% hatch rate.
Three out of six total eggs hatched.

I had one late death in a cracked egg that became porous late in the incubation.
One early death due to a temperature fluctuation.
One infertile double yolk.
And I got three beautiful chicks.
