they are in a like wooden shed coop non heated nights are still cold will the mommas take care of them and keep them warm and how do i feed them so moms dont eat there food. can i feed the girls and babies chick starter? there are 3 moms and dont know how many chicks yet

There's no way to keep the hen from eating the food unless you keep them totally separated. I've always just let the hen eat the chick starter with the chicks and haven't had any trouble.

thank you for responding im gonna fill the feeeder with the chick starter and put netting over the bottom area of the chainlink kennel fencing incase they go outside so they cant escape. problely wont have them long gonna sell them
