But how do you use antibiotics ? Applying on the swelling?

It depends what antibiotics you get, but many you add it to the water they drink.

Maybe you can phone the feed store and ask what antibiotics they have that can be used for a turkey with respiratory problems.

Since it a pet I would recommend that you try to find some enrofloxacin and give that orally. Can you take this turkey to a vet?

Good luck. Update us with what you can find and how the little guy is doing. I'm not sure if there is a regional thread with other BYC members that live close to you, but you can look here, and if you find something they may be able to give you advice on what you can purchase in your country. I really just don't know what is available outside the US and would hate to send you shopping for something that doesn't even exist there.
