My SIL and her 'secret' recipes

Quote:
This sounds like something my insane SIL would do. I can't stand her!!! You have my condolences.

I've been actually banned from making certain things at my SIL's and MIL's because my dishes have gotten rave reviews and they're jealous LOL

This reminded me of a story involving my oldest, not-so-dearest sister. All my sisters are half sisters and they all like to tattle on me to my Dad, even though we are all now middle-aged adults. The eldest called me wanting a copy of my Dad's super secret cheesecake recipe. I politely refused to give it to her, telling her Dad had instructed me not to give it to anyone. She got all huffy and said he didn't mean to keep it secret from family!!
She called my Dad to tattle and he backed me up - for once.

This same sister started the rumor that my b/f (now my DH) was married and that's the reason we didn't live together when I first moved to Arkansas.
Deal with your SIL the way you see fit. You are not responsible for other ppl's issues.
