My Silkie mixes love benches!

I had tried several perches with my Silkie / Easter Egg mixes & no go. They ignored them. Never used them. Then I got a slatted bench to put in their run for me to sit on. They love it. They rest under it & perch on it. I took the rest of the perches down & put in another slatted bench instead.

Guess we know who's in charge, don't we? Why should they sit on those narrow perches when their human servant/housekeeper gets a nice, wide bench ? Chickens!

They give me beautiful eggs every day. Glad to accommodate them.
