My silkie's eye won't stay open

I bought 4 silkie pullets a few weeks ago and one of them had both of her eyes shut. I kept putting warm compresses on them and one is now open. The other one opens when I'm working on it, but closes as soon as I am done. Is there anything else I can do? She is probably 3 months old. Thank you

I would get the antibiotic eye gel Terramycin from the vet or feed store, it only costs a few dollars and it clears up most eye conditions very fast -- worked on my baby roo when one of the older chicks pooped in his eye from above. You can use it once or twice a day, after the warm compress.
