My silkies have poop stuck in their feathers and won't clean themselves.

Hi, i have two black silkie hens who are around a year old, but recently, bit of time ago their poop started to get stuck in their feathers and smell more than my other chickens. We have been bathing them and we've wormed them, so i don't think it's worms. But, is this normal for a silkie hen or should i be concerned

is this a sickness or something else or just normal
