my silky

My little silky is not eating and I noticed that her wing feathers look like they are frayed and she is completely bald on her tummy. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Have you checked her for mites or lice?

No but I will. None of my other chicks look like this one. They are all running around and eating. If I do have mites or lice how do I treat it?
