My small coop plans (blueprints, materials list) - How large should the entry/exit be & the nest box

can you say more about this poop board thing? my neighbor and I built our own "tractor" and it needs a bit of tweeking. it's usable but it leaks and we are still working out inner doors, vents and such for our pullets. "please tell me what you know"?
