Hello, BackYardChichens people!
My son is entering the farming specialty at the university, I'm very happy because this is his conscious decision! It seems to me, or is he going to follow in the footsteps of his mother and father? Haha, it's all a joke, but I can't express my joy. He was constantly interested in all the intricacies of caring for animals and even thought initially to go to the veterinarian. We have a lot of cute chickens that he has been "familiar" with since he was a teenager, and he knows everything about them, but still, he needs additional knowledge about farming or caring for other animals. So I came to ask if you have any resources to help his further studies. I found some articles on the Education site, but I'm still not sure...
Recommend something, please! Have a nice day!

When I worked at a newspaper that had a weekly farm publication, I regularly received review copies of the "Storey's Guide to Raising." series, which included books on everything from pigs and poultry to goats and miniature livestock. I don't know how many there are, but I received more than a dozen.

I think they are informative and easy to read. Best wishes with his education!

Thank you for your advice and wishes!🥰

So, what we have... I understand that is best to use newspaper clippings, such as, for example, Storey's Guide to Raising, which was advised above. I sort of found a couple of archival options on the Internet.

Also, my son found (maybe needed) popular sites on farming topics such as grovefarm, farmtoschool, nerdyseal, and leaf. I heard different information about them but left it on the note (and added it here if someone is looking for a similar topic).

If anyone has any other ideas, I'd be very grateful!
