Look what my son made out of the tires that were just sitting on a broken down riding mower....a planter! So if any of you have any riding mower tires or even car tires (that have rims of course) you can turn them into a planter. I am planning on painting mine but just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Hope this inspires someone else to 'think outside the box' a little.

There are a lot of planters that have the same black matte look. Does it look more tire-ish in person?
