It will be a challange but as they learn your going to take care of them they will get better. All I have to say is you have start working from the begging. If you expect them to sit before dinner you have to make them from the get go. It be a bumpy road keep us updated it sounds exitingWe are now dealing with two new dogs,very malnourished sister and brother, same litter 1 yr old. They arrived here Mar.19th ,5 days ago.
Has been an interesting 5 days. They have been on a chain most of their life so lots of issues. Thank goodness the female has been spayed last sept and both had their shots last October.
The man who had them put them up on our vets bulletin board to give away.
I called the vet asking if they knew anyone who had 2 dogs. We wanted medium size so feeding them wouldn't be too costly, which they are.
They are wild but learning, although last 2 nights they poop on out porch where they are temporary staying with doggie door full access to the yard.
We are seniors and it is a challenge.
