My surprise chick

Our surprise baby chick, came with our 6 red stars. Been looking at website after website trying to figure out breed and gender if possible at 1 week. This baby has a defined white spot on head, small patch of white on chest and large all white bottom. Beak is flesh color and legs are as well except for last toe on each foot is darker color. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
