My Swedish duck is seriously sick or not?

Hello duck lovers,
I took my ducks out for a walk today as usual, but my female duck was not willing to go around as she always does, she sat down, and the drake sat next to her, after the rest of the ducks ate grass and walked around I put them all back in their yard. Well in the afternoon, I took them out again, I noticed she was very slow and sleepy. I took them in again. She remained mostly seated in the yard. I checked her for any wounds, something strange or weird in her appearance but nothing unusual. I saw she was so sleepy that I almost thought she would sleep in my arms. Actually I panicked like a few times in my life because I love her so much! I gave her antibiotics almost three hours ago because I didn't know what else to do. Now she is standing still but yet sleepy... What do you think? Will my beloved tiny friend be ok???

Has she been laying @domenica that is always first concern if we have a duck that is laying.. You can check her vent to see if she is straining or if you see an egg stuck. One way to help is by placing her in some nice warm water and letting her soak for a while also squatting down like she is trying to lay an egg is another symptom

Well, she is 1,5 year old, she was always laying an egg normally, sometimes she was sitting down a few hours earlier, when she was expecting it, and she was tired a few times because of that but after laying she was always happy and full of energy.
Today she is worse than yesterday. She doesn't eat at all. Her head is shaking a bit. So, I have an appointment for a vet to see her, he is, thankfully, specialised in birds. He told me bring her over and we will give her an injection first, after all I described to him. I am so so so sad, I am waiting for her to be well again soon but my heart is full of agony right now.

Oh no, that was my first guess with your description as well, maybe she is egg bound. Please let us know what the vet says!

Hello again,
she had two injections, sort of antibiotics etc, and the vet also gave me a liquid form of antibiotics to be dissolved in water. I have no idea what she has really. He told me possible a microbe. She is like trying to eat but not eating really. She is sleeping all the time almost not communicating with the rest of the world when she does that... I am calling the vet now to tell him about her situation today. I had taken her to him yesterday afternoon.

Well guys at least he doesn't suspect an intestinal rupture when I asked him about that, because I had read an article about a duck that had it and had almost the same symptoms as mine. The vet said there are so many microbes and bacteria that she could have even a combination of them, so he gave a prescription of a combination of antibiotics of a wide range as he said. Now fingers crossed I am waiting to see if she gets any better, no great improvement until now unfortunately but later this morning today the vet told me to pass by his clinic, to give me some form of food for an easy apply to her, in order to get some nutrients...

Ok, so he has ruled out egg binding, right? That would be the first thing to check with a female duck suddenly not eating and acting ill.

Talk to your vet about tube feeding if she isn't eating.
