The pulling out feathers and suddenly turning aggressive are classic signs of broodiness, but if she's showing signs of discomfort or pain than she could be eggbound. Is she still eating/drinking/pooping normally? Does she "squat" or walk in a hunched sorta way and appear to be trying to pass something inside her?
Personally I'm leaning towards broody (and I both anticipate and dread the day Bean finally does it), but you guys know me, I always wanna rule out worst-case scenarios. Call me paranoid.
