MY sweet hen has a hurt wing, please help

i have a sweet lavender Americana hen that has hurt her wing somehow. I can only imagine it happened coming off the roost. I noticed she was sleeping in the hen house and didn't think much of it. Then I saw her wing hanging lower than usual. Next is when I knew she was hurt. She tried to jump up into the hen house using her wings and fell backwards. She got back up and is able to get in a nest but I guess my question is does this happen pretty often and can they recover from it? She doesn't seem to be in pain and I can't find any visible signs of injury on her wing. Is there anything I can give her to help heal. Thanks
