My sweet little Goat bites me!!!

I thought I was the only one that had goats do that.

All 4 of mine nibble on me. And none of them were bottle babies. The 2 girls do it the most. The boys mostly chew holes in my shirts.

They are so funny. Just don't let your sweet baby to get your finger in the back of her mouth. I know from experience it hurts and makes you bleed.

She almost got me that way once...She was just gumm'in my fingers and started to work them back...luckily I figure she had teeth back there and pulled back in time.

I have two young goats, one pygmy (Morty) and one mix pygmy/dwarf nubian(Hershel). The pygmy is a bottle baby and the mix is weaned off mom. Hershel bites me when I am feeding Morty. I think he's jealous of the attention. I find that if I scratch him he is fine and doesn't bite. I am probably spoiling him and teaching bad behaviour "If I bite my Mommy she'll scratch me". I do try to get him happy before the biting happens.
