Ahhhhhh so cute, could be just slow growth, sometimes they do taht and then they shoot out fast to normal growth, or they just stay smaller than others.

I love the pic with the 3 walking side by side, it goes tallest to shortest sooooo cute and adorible.

Her legs are very short. I do not believe she is a Serama. I also have Seramas, and she just does not look like one to me.
