my tempeture is 107 and its the first few days incubating

my tempeture reached 107 today and is it going to kill the embryos? they have only been in there for 2 days

possibly, it depends on "how long" it was 107. If the internal temp of the egg reached 107, then yes, dead.

Are you sure your thermometer is correct?

tea same thing happened to me the thermometer was wrong so have a couple different ones to make sure they all read the same

Egg temp is what matters. I had an egg temp of 104.9 after replacing some parts. A few days later I opened one up an it was alive so the rest are still incubating.

i had one that i just bought put in there and it read like 80 so i cranked it up and i put one in there that i trust and it read 106-107

it'll depend on the internal temp of the egg-- you won't know until you candle later; it is worth leaving them in and candling in a week.

Don't give up yet - mine hit 107 the night I put them in. Had a couple quitters but the rest progressed just fine and should be hatching this week. Candle at 7-10 days just to be sure. Good luck!

Candle on day 14 an the ones without a dark mass in them are dead.
