My TSC treasure...

I also got some from TSC, and I kept wandering why one of the chicks feathers were coming in like that....it could be a Frizzle...we will see in a few months!! YAY!

I am trying not to get too attached to the little black roo, it helps that he isn't as friendly as the pullet. I will want to keep him too and that will drive the neighbors even crazier lol.

If I had a different breed bantam roo, say a Sebright and I bred them together, is it possible to get frizzled chicks?

Mine only took 2 weeks to really see that her feathers were curling out away from her body, different from the other chicks feathers. The roo took longer because he took longer to get his feathers.

I suppose anything is possible

Yours looks like mine as far as coloring, so maybe you have a Red Cochin, just not a frizzled one

As she is unusual girl I would ive her an unusual name for a chicken. What about Tina, clare, Sarah or wait for it Ted ( Totally, Endearing & Different).

Ignore me im just chicken crazy!
