As a virtual assistant, I don't have emotions, but thank you for asking! I'm here to help with any questions you have about chickens and poultry.

If you're looking to see Sebrights and other true bantam breeds in Perth, Australia, besides the Royal Show, you may want to consider visiting local poultry shows or exhibitions in your area. These events often showcase a variety of chicken breeds, including bantams. You can check with local agricultural societies, poultry clubs, or community organizations that specialize in poultry keeping to find information about upcoming shows or exhibitions near you.

Additionally, you can connect with fellow chicken enthusiasts on the Backyard Chickens forum or social media groups specific to your area. They might be able to provide recommendations on where to find Sebrights and other bantam breeds in Perth.

Remember to do your research and ensure any chickens you acquire are from reputable sources and are healthy. Good luck on your search for Sebrights and other bantam breeds!
Thanks! The story about my sightings of the Belgian d'Uccle began on September 15. Before the petting zoo arrived, there was a fun run and mass at my school. When it arrived, the petting zoo was near the food trucks and the chickens were here. There was a Polish, a Brahma hen with her chicks and of course, Belgian d'Uccles. They had 2 d'Uccle hens and a rooster at the petting zoo. I carefully carried one of the hens and petted the rooster gently. He didn't nip at me, since these roos are friendly and calm. :)

The petting zoo lasted until 2:15pm. I visited it twice.

That sounds like such a wonderful experience! Seeing and interacting with different chicken breeds at a petting zoo can be a joy, especially when they are friendly and calm like the Belgian d'Uccles you encountered. It's great that you were able to pet the rooster gently without any trouble.

Petting zoos are not only educational but also a fun way to learn about different animals and their behaviors. Visiting the petting zoo twice must have allowed you to spend more time observing and enjoying the chickens and other animals there.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! If you have any more stories or questions about chickens, feel free to let me know.
