My Turkey Died!! Mr. Gibbs :(

My husband found him this morning in his sleeping position and he didnt move - I am glad I didnt find him.. I would have been a mess!!

He was acting weird all weekend into the week....

I really think his previous owners didnt keep very good care of him.. and tricked me into believing he was alright.

I am so beside myself.. we took him to the vet and everything!

Sorry `bout your big guy, at least he was with folks who liked him.

From our admittedly limited experience with the turks (only 2.5 yr.) what they lack in raw intelligence they make up for with a pretty sophisticated social sensibility, i.e., they know who likes them.

Hey! Don't be too sad! From the looks of him, he was a pretty old turkey and like FOC said, at least he spent his last gobbling days in a good place! He probably just died of old age.
